§1 General Provisions
The Terms of Service define the rules for providing consulting and advisory services in the field of programming (Front-end, Back-end, UX/UI) and engineering (electrical engineering, building automation) by Bartosz Kowal.
§2 Scope of Services
- Programming: Consulting in the areas of React, Next.js, NestJS, Strapi, and UX/UI design.
- Engineering: Technical consulting in the field of electrical systems and building automation.
- Delivery: Services are provided remotely.
§3 Orders and Payments
Consulting orders are placed by selecting a service in the store and paying according to the price list. The consultation schedule is determined individually after payment is received.
§4 Right of Withdrawal
The client has the right to cancel a consultation 48 hours before the scheduled time. For services started with the client's express consent before the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with applicable law.
