§1 Nature of Consulting Services
Consulting services provided by Bartosz Kowal are advisory and expert in nature. Due to their intangible nature and individual customization to client needs, standard product returns do not apply. Each consulting session is prepared based on the unique business and technical requirements of the client.
§2 Cancellation Policy
Bartosz Kowal respects your time and expects the same in return. Consulting sessions can be canceled or rescheduled without additional costs, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. In the event of a cancellation in less than 48 hours, Bartosz Kowal reserves the right to charge a fee for the reserved time.
§3 Refunds for Consulting
Refunds for paid and completed consulting sessions are considered on an individual basis. If the quality of services provided does not meet established standards or the agreed scope, Bartosz Kowal commits to conducting an additional remedial session or correcting advisory materials to fully satisfy the client's needs.
§4 Exceptions
In the case of services started with the client's express consent before the 14-day withdrawal period, the right to a refund may be limited. Bartosz Kowal's priority is full client satisfaction, which is why in disputed situations, Bartosz Kowal always strives for an amicable resolution.
